G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) are a diverse group of seven-transmembrane domain receptors that bind to molecular ligands that activate the associated G-protein, leading to downstream activation of cellular processes.

Methods: Each renal tubule segment was microdissected from male Sprague Dawley rats and analysed with Orbitrap Lumos mass spectrometry. Protein copy number per cell was estimate using 'Proteomic Ruler' approach. For each segment, average values from 3-4 biological replicates are reported.
