This database of Protein Abundance Ratio and Relative Translation Rate in Mouse mpkCCD Epithelial Cells is based on protein mass spectrometry data from the NHLBI Epithelial Systems Biology Laboratory (ESBL).
Brief methods: Using protein mass spectrometry (LTQ-Orbitrap) and dynamic stable isotope labeling (SILAC) we carry out large-scale profiling of protein Abundance and Relative Translation Rate in cells derived from the mouse renal collecting duct (mpkCCD cells). This method compares the abundances relative between vehicle and dDAVP treated cells.
