NHLBI requires that all manuscripts or abstracts submitted for publication be entered into the NHLBI Pulse Abstract and Manuscript Clearance workflow.

You can do so for your abstract/manuscript by going to https://pulse.nhlbi.nih.gov/workspace.aspx and clicking on Publication and Abstract clearance request on the right-hand side of the page and filling in the boxes that are displayed.
