ProMatch
ProMatch is a Java-based standalone program to match peptide sequences to NCBI Reference Sequence (RefSeq) Database records, thereby matching peptides to proteins. ProMatch can be used to identify ambiguous protein identifications in LC-MS/MS data. With its Regex module, it can scan entire proteomes to find proteins with designated sequence motifs.
