This database represents renal inner medullary collecting duct (IMCD) proteins from 4 h bilateral ureteral obstruction (BUO) rats and sham-operated controls. Male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 180-200 g were assigned for bilateral ureteral ligation for 4 h and sham-operated controls. All data are from IMCD cells freshly isolated from rat renal inner medullas.
Brief Methods: Samples were subjected to stable isotope dimethyl labeling followed by peptide fractionation analyzed using an orbitrap mass spectrometer (Q Exactive Plus Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap). MS2 spectra were searched and analyzed using MaxQuant (version 1.6.0.13) based on a Rattus norvegicus sdatabase from UniProt (7994 proteins). Peptide quantification was performed using MaxQuant and Perseus (version 1.6.2.3).
