Kidney Systems Biology Project

The Epithelial Systems Biology Laboratory (ESBL) is utilizing next-generation DNA sequencing and protein mass spectrometry to investigate vasopressin signaling and transcriptional regulation in the renal collecting duct. The resulting data sets are made freely available to all investigators via web resources assessible here. Opportunities exist for postdoctoral fellows who wish to learn these techniques and associated bioinformatic approaches.
